What is TerraLogos: Eco Architecture, PC? TerraLogos is a unique, full-service architecture firm dedicated to the practice of sustainable design or "green" architecture. Through our practice, we are committed to leading the design and construction industry toward a more sustainable future. Founded in 2002, TerraLogos is certified with the State of Maryland as a Woman Owned Business (WEB). Our company serves on several public advisory boards, including the Baltimore City Council's Green Building Task Force, a group established to help Baltimore City institute green building practices and programs. As a leading green architecture firm in the mid-Atlantic region, we incorporate principles of sustainable design, energy conservation, and green building into any project we do. Our clients include major corporations and institutions, as well as architecture, engineering, and construction firms. In addition to design services, we provide training workshops and Sustainable Design Consulting, along with LEED™ Coordination work. As part of our continued efforts to create sustainable communities, we prepare Feasibility Studies and Master Plans for re-development projects. We also work on a variety of scales ranging from small residential additions to new homes and larger multi-family projects. In conjunction with the Maryland Department of Energy, we created green design guidelines for multi-family housing. This collaboration lead to our development of the Green Rowhouse Solution©, which applies the best green design practices to Baltimore rowhouse and townhouse renovations. Designed for both homeowners and developers, each Solution is customized to fit the individual rehab project. This design package offers the best combination of fine design, green attributes, functionality, and cost benefits at a very affordable price. Green architecture is constantly evolving as creative new design solutions are developed. By keeping abreast of all the latest trends and products, TerraLogos can select the best green materials and systems to enhance any project, no matter the scale or type. Our goal is to design healthier, more energy-efficient and cost-effective buildings which lead to the long-term satisfaction for our clients. We believe that our Eco-Architecture solutions are creating a better, more sustainable world for all of us. Please contact us to discuss your project, your home, and your ideas. We look forward to working with you. |
