This circa 1900 industrial facility is currently manufacturing custom acoustic wall and ceiling panels. Supporting office space and 2 apartments make up the rest of the building located within the heart of the revitalized Canton neighborhood of East Baltimore. The property is to be converted into six loft style apartments, with four smaller apartments located in the existing office space. TerraLogos produced a feasibility study and concept design to support the owner’s development plan.
