an integrated use of affordable Green Building Practices. |

Apartments: 25 unit 1940s garden apartment complex rehabilitated for affordable
rental housing. Renovation of the efficiency, one, and two bedroom apartments
included improvements to the common areas and landscape. |

Schaefer Residence:
This house, in a vibrant East Baltimore rowhouse neighborhood, was renovated using the TerraLogos "medium green" standard. It obtained 25% energy savings while using most existing features, reducing resource consumption during and after renovation. 11×17" project sheet available here. |
