Founder of TerraLogos: eco architecture, pc, Kim has been at the forefront of the green building movement in Maryland. A LEED Accredited Professional and Registered Architect, she has over 25 years of experience designing green projects, and sourcing the best sustainable materials. She was co-chair of the Baltimore City Green Building Task Force, whose recommendations are now guiding our city’s sustainability efforts. In October 2006, she received an Innovator of the Year Award from the Daily Record for her sustainable design work.
Through TerraLogos Green Home Services, Kim’s expertise is available to a wider range of homeowners. Now these proven, cost-effective green building strategies and designs can be easily incorporated into more Maryland homes.

Frank Lee – Director of Energy Efficiency, Services & Performance
Frank Lee is a Maryland registered architect with LEED AP, BPI and HERS certifications. In addition, he is a technology educator with practical knowledge of green architecture practices, passive solar design and the full range of home improvement trades.
During his 35 years of work in design and construction, Frank was a founding partner with Lee/Petralito Architects, pc and completed many design/build projects.As an educator with Advanced Professional Teacher Certification in Vocational Arts, Engineering and Technology Education, he has taught and lectured extensively and led hands-on trainings for a variety of construction trades and technologies.
Mr. Lee is in charge of the TerraLogos inspection services with responsibility for training, inspection protocols, building science equipment and evaluating energy saving products.

Peter Van Buren – Director of Green Energy, Sales & Marketing
With an undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies and a Masters degree in Landscape Design, Peter made the obvious career move of entering the fine wine trade. During his 25 years in wine sales, most recently as Senior Sales Manager for a Baltimore-based regional distribution company, he always kept the customer’s needs foremost, while providing top quality products with hands-on service.
The founding of TerraLogos Green Home Services provided the opportunity to apply his business leadership and customer relation skills to a new endeavor – one which relates more directly to his early found passion for ecology. As Sales Director for TerraLogos, Peter ensures full customer satisfaction through the reliability, integrity and excellent value we deliver.
